The Jr. Beta Club of Haynes Bridge Middle School just completed their third year of ”Books and Bears”. The project collects children’s books and stuffed animals for North Fulton Charities. This year, the Jr. Beta Club collected over 200 books and 300 stuffed animals!
Jr. Beta is a national service organization whose membership is by invitation based on grades (88 cumulative average) and outstanding conduct. Seventh and eighth graders who meet the qualifications are invited to join and are required to participate in service projects throughout the year.
